• Door opens at 11:00 AM.
• Last check-in for online tickets for pool party at 9:00 PM Better arrive before 6:00 PM.

• Table packages check-in will be held until 9:00 PM or from 15 minutes from the time of reservation
• Minimum spend tables must be ordered and completed within 4 hours, between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, guests wishing to retain their table must purchase a table package.
• Afterparty at Sphere Hall. MADLUV guests receive 50% off when purchasing tickets at the sphere entrance at THB 600.
• shower rooms and towels are provided
• This is a strictly no-drugs event. no marijuana or other substances permitted.
• We open rain or shine
• Wristbands lost will not be replaced.
• You consent to be included in any film and/or sound recordings of the event and for these recordings to be used by us for advertising & marketing purposes.

TABLE CHECK-IN

• Table package bookings will be held until 9:00 PM or from 15 minutes from the time of reservation, after that we regret to inform you that we have to resell your table
• Minimum spend tables must be ordered and completed within 4 hours, between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After 6:00 pm, guests wishing to retain their table must purchase a table package. 
• In the event not everyone in the group has arrived, wristbands for the entire group will be provided by the entrance team. The group members must show their ticket qr codes that include in package
• Wristbands lost will not be replaced, table would have to purchase new wristbands per person at door ticket price; THB 1,000 

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

• Table bookings include table tickets and wristbands for up to a limited number of persons per table please check carefully how many tickets and wristbands are included.
• Extra table wristbands can be purchased at the door ticket price at THB 1,000 - net per person. up to a maximum of 2 extra wristbands per table.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
• Bookings at the pool party will be held for 15 minutes from the time of reservation. after that we are regret to inform you that we have to resell your table.
