New Magnifique Sunday Brunch takes inspiration from the recipes, flavours and ingredients of countries in southern Europe such as Italy and Spain. All brunch guests enjoy free access to the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit swimming pool and there’s also an enhanced Kids’ Corner with a mini buffet, supervised games, movies and craft activities.

The Bloody Mary trolley enables diners to mix their own versions of this classic cocktail using the standard ingredients of vodka, tomato juice and various combinations of spices and flavourings.
Additions to the top quality Voila! Sunday Brunch include premium Kampo Wagyu beef from Japan scorched with Himalayan salt and served with a ponzu dressing, and carpaccio with cucumber, ginger and shallots. There is a comprehensive choice of drinks packages and guests may now also purchase wine by the bottle at cost price from the Voila! ‘hidden cellar’ collection. Live entertainment is provided by a talented jazz duo.

The enhanced Kids’ Corner allows parents to relax and enjoy the quality Sunday Brunch whilst the children are occupied with a variety of supervised games, movies and a culinary craft activity such as making macaroons and muffins, decorating doughnuts and creating delicious take-home treats at a chocolate workshop (one craft each Sunday by rotation). The Kids’ Corner also features a mini buffet.

The family fun continues throughout the afternoon for parents and children at the hotel’s glistening outdoor pool. All Sunday Brunch guests enjoy complimentary access to the pool on the 9th floor where an extended ‘Happy Hour’ operates at the pool bar from 3pm to 6pm.
