Extra Person Policy

• Children 0 - 3 years may stay at no added cost in the same villa as a parent inclusive of gourmet breakfast. Baby cot service is available and please reserve at least 2 days before your stay. Baby cot is limited and subject to availability.
• Children 4 - 6 years staying in the same villa as a parent and sharing existing beds will be charged THB 471 net inclusive of gourmet breakfast.
• Children 7 - 12 years will be charged THB 1,766 net per night with extra bed inclusive of gourmet breakfast.
• Children 13 years and above will be charged THB 3,531 net per night with extra bed inclusive of gourmet breakfast. Extra beds are limited and subject to availability

MASON SPA VOUCHER | Terms & Conditions:

• Limit 4 vouchers can be used per booking.

 PRE-WEDDING PACKAGE FOR 1 NIGHT |Terms & Conditions:    

• This voucher is valid from  01 September  2023 - 31 October 2024
• This package is only applicable Sunday to Thursday and is not applicable on Weekends and Long Weekends.
• Maximum 7-person crew allowed, including bride and groom, photographers, assistants, and others.
• Photographer is not included in the package.
• Flying drones need to inform the resort at least 3 hours in advance and can fly 1 hour at the specified time only.
• Taking dress shots in the pool is strictly prohibited.
• Overtime shooting will incur a charge of THB 10,000. - net per hour
• Full pre-payment is required upon booking confirmation. 
• The hotel reserves the right to limit access to areas for the photoshoot as per the requirements of hotel operations.
• Special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
• Prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax, currently 7% 
• A wedding at MASON is purely symbolic in nature and is not legally binding

VILLA PACKAGE| Terms and Conditions;

CHILD & EXTRA PERSON POLICY 

• Children 0 - 3 years may stay at no added cost in the same villa as a parent inclusive of gourmet breakfast.
• Children 4 - 6 years staying in the same villa as a parent and sharing existing beds will be charged THB 471 net inclusive of gourmet breakfast.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

• Full pre-payment at the time of reservation. 
• Cancellation and amendment are NOT allowed and subject to 100% penalty charge.
• Automatically charged full length of stay at above rate for any case of early departure.
• In case of no-show, a fee of equivalent to full length of stay at the above rate will be applied.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

• Check in time is 3:00 PM. If your client arrives before check in time, a special reduction of 50% of the contract rate can be extended, subject to availability and to be confirmed on the date of arrival.
• Check out time is 12:00 noon. If your client wishes to extend their stay until 06:00 PM, a special reduction of 50% of the contract rate can be extended, and full overnight rate if after 06.00 PM. subject to availability.
