Extra Person Policy 

• Children 0 - 3 years may stay at no added cost in the same villa as a parent inclusive of gourmet breakfast. Baby cot service is available and please reserve at least 2 days before your stay. Baby cot is limited and subject to availability.
• Children 4 - 6 years staying in the same villa as a parent and sharing existing beds will be charged THB 471 net inclusive of gourmet breakfast.
• Children 7 - 12 years will be charged THB 1,766 net per night with extra bed inclusive of gourmet breakfast.
• Children 13 years and above will be charged THB 3,531 net per night with extra bed inclusive of gourmet breakfast. Extra beds are limited and subject to availability

Payment and Cancellation – No Show

• Full pre-payment at the time of reservation. 
• Cancellation and amendment are NOT allowed and subject to 100% penalty charge.
• Automatically charged full length of stay at above rate for any case of early departure.
• In case of no-show, a fee of equivalent to full length of stay at the above rate will be applied.

Check-in time

• Villas are generally available for guest check-in after 03.00pm. Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated villas as soon as they become available. For all early check-ins, we strongly recommend that you reserve the villas for the night before in order to guarantee early check-in.

Check-out time 

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests requiring special consideration for late check-out should make their request when placing reservations. Rooms may be extended until 06:00 pm at a charge of 50% of the respective applicable group rate (subject to availability). After 06:00 pm rooms will be charged at the full group rate subject to availability
