Magnifique Sunday Brunch takes inspiration from the recipes, flavours and ingredients of countries in southern Europe such as Italy and Spain. All brunch guests enjoy free access to the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit swimming pool and there’s also an enhanced Kids’ Corner with a mini buffet, supervised games, movies and craft activities.

The Bloody Mary trolley enables diners to mix their own versions of this classic cocktail using the standard ingredients of vodka, tomato juice and various combinations of spices and flavourings.
Additions to the top quality Voila! Sunday Brunch include premium Kampo Wagyu beef from Japan scorched with Himalayan salt and served with a ponzu dressing, and carpaccio with cucumber, ginger and shallots. Live entertainment is provided by a talented jazz duo.

The diverse flavours of the Mediterranean region are featured strongly in the new Voilà! buffet dinner. Executive Chef Mark Hagenbach has drawn inspiration from the ingredients and recipes of several Mediterranean countries, including Spain and Italy, to create the latest Voilà! buffet dinner menu.

Main course buffet choices include braised lamb shoulder, grilled squid; chicken tagine, crispy fried sea bass and osso buco – a speciality dish from the Lombard region of Italy. The new Voilà! Mediterranean buffet dinner also features a cheese and salami room, a healthy salad bar and a wide selection of delicious desserts.
