This voucher is valid from the date of purchase until August 31, 2025. Please ensure it is used within the specified validity period.
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All discounts applied are final and non-negotiable.
The voucher price includes VAT and service charges, and no additional service fees will be applied.
If the customer want to request additional services not covered by the promotion. **the customer will be fully responsible for all additional charges.

To make or reschedule an appointment, please inform the reception at least one day in advance.
The customers are kindly requested to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the appointment for preparation and a consultation with our specialist before undergoing IV Therapy.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the program will be charged.
If a customer wants to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is given later than the specified time, the clinic reserves the right to charge the full amount and cancel the appointment without prior notice.
