This Mid-Autumn Festival, KROMO unveils its first collection of handcrafted mooncakes, where tradition is reimagined through a contemporary lens of flavour and design.
Each mooncake is thoughtfully infused with a sense of Thai cultural warmth, drawing inspiration from familiar flavours and nostalgic taste memories.
Created in collaboration with Bangkok-based visual artist Nakrob Moonmanas, the collection reflects his ongoing exploration of historical memory within Thai visual culture. His signature approach, juxtaposing local and global fragments of history, is woven throughout KROMO's spaces and brought to life in this exclusive series.
Each box is accompanied by a silk scarf featuring Nakrob's original artwork, offering an experience that goes beyond taste to become a wearable expression of art and craft.
