An authentic assortment of homemade Moroccan salads featuring seasoned carrots, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, and pumpkin—vibrant, textured, and herb-laced.

🥧 Starter 2: Pastilla de Poulet Fermier
A golden, flaky Moroccan pie filled with tender free-range chicken, almond, gum Arabic, and pure saffron—delicately balanced between sweet and savoury.

• Tajine de Veau aux Fruits Secs
