• This certificate can be redeemed from one day after the voucher purchase date until 31 August 2020, and must be presented upon redemption and must be redeemed at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit only.
• This certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt’s sister properties, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor discounts and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
• Advance reservations are required, subject to restaurant’s availability.
• Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced.

• บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้ตั้งแต่ 1 วันหลังการซื้อและมีอายุการใช้งานถึงวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2563 ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ หากต้องการชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลห้องอาหารก่อนเข้ารับบริการ
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโรงแรมไฮแอทที่อื่นๆได้ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนหรือนำมาใช้กับการบริการหรือสินค้าประเภทอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดหรือร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ บัตรกำนัลนี้จะต้องนำมาใช้ภายในอายุการใช้งานที่กำหนดบนบัตรเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถขยายเวลาและไม่สามารถทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
• ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้า ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในกรณีที่ห้องพักหรือห้องอาหารไม่เพียงพอสำหรับการให้บริการ
• บัตรนี้เปรียบเสมือนเงินสด กรณีบัตรสูญหาย โรงแรมฯ ไม่สามารถทำการอายัดออกบัตรใหม่ หรือชดเชยมูลค่าของบัตรได้
• การชำระค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยบัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้สะสมร่วมกับโปรแกรม World of Hyatt ได้ทั้งสิ้น
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในเชิงการค้าอื่นๆ ได้
