Want to learn about how to singprov? This workshop will take you through techniques to impress an audience from the moment you open your mouth to the last line of your carefully crafted melody. Introducing participants to musical short form games, basic song structure and how to approach a song in improvisation.

Vocal Warm-up Rhyming, rhythm and melody techniques

Musical Improv Games Initiating a song

What to listen to when the Musical Director starts playing

How to end an improvised song

How you can sing great even when your singing isn’t great

This workshop is recommended for those with some previous improv experience and an interest in musical improv and is taught by MARK GRIMES who has been performing and theatre across the global for over 30 years, cand is the creative director for the ‘Ho Hum Musical Improv Troupe’.
