• Resort credit is valid for consecutive nights’ stay, per package selected. Any unused portion shall be nonrefundable, expire at check-out, and may not be transferred or applied to another reservation or future stay.
• The Phuket Sandbox offer can be booked from today until 30 December 2021, for stays until 31 March 2022. Please note that a supplement charge of THB 1,000 per night will be applied from 24 December 2020 – 8 January 2022.
• This offer is a prepaid offer, where the package payment is due upon confirming your reservation. Your reservation cannot be refunded or modified, unless falling under the following conditions:
o Your Certificate of Entry (COE) has been rejected
o Inability to travel, due to unforeseen circumstances
o Cancellation of the Phuket Sandbox scheme
• Advance reservations required and is subject to availability.
• Guests who book a room under the Phuket Sandbox package are requested to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the scheme. Failure to do so may result in the guest being transferred to an Alternative Quarantine for the duration of 14 days.
