ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขสำหรับแพ็กเกจห้องพัก
ใช้ได้สำหรับห้อง Deluxe Room และ Two Bedroom Family Suite เท่านั้น 
ระยะเวลาจอง: 1-12 กันยายน 2569
ระยะเวลาเข้าพัก: วันนี้ - 30 พฤศจิกายน 2569 

• กรุณาสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับห้องว่าง ณ วันที่ทำการจอง 
• สามารถซื้อบัตรกำนัลไว้ก่อน และเลือกวันเข้าพักภายหลังได้ 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้เข้าพักในวันที่ 24-25 และ 30 - 31ตุลาคม 2569, 01 และ 25 – 26 พฤศจิกายน 2569
• โปรโมชั่นนี้ไม่สามารถยกเลิก คืนเงิน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงการจองได้หลังจากยืนยันแล้ว 
• ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด หรือสิทธิพิเศษอื่นได้ 
• เด็กอายุ 0–3.99 ปี เข้าพักฟรีเมื่อใช้เตียงที่มีอยู่ภายในห้อง 
• เด็กอายุ 4–11.99 ปี ชำระเพิ่ม 375 บาทสุทธิ/ท่าน/วัน สำหรับอาหารเช้า หรือ 750 บาทสุทธิ/ท่าน/คืน สำหรับอาหารเช้าพร้อมเตียงเสริม 
• ผู้เข้าพักอายุ 12 ปีขึ้นไป ชำระเพิ่ม 1,500 บาทสุทธิ/ท่าน/คืน รวมอาหารเช้าและเตียงเสริม 
• โปรดแสดงหลักฐานของผู้มีถิ่นพำนักในไทยเมื่อเข้าพัก

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขสำหรับบัตรกำนัล Megatix

• ราคาดังกล่าวรวมค่าบริการ 10% และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเรียบร้อยแล้ว 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถคืนเงิน โอนสิทธิ์ หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ 
• ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด หรือข้อเสนออื่น 
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีชื่อระบุบนบัตรกำนัล Megatix เท่านั้น 
• บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ ใช้สิทธิ์ได้ 1 ครั้ง และเฉพาะสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ระบุไว้บนบัตร 
• สิทธิประโยชน์ทั้งหมดต้องใช้ภายในช่วงการเข้าพักเดียวกัน 
• การสำรองห้องพักขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่าง และอาจมีวันงดรับสิทธิ์ (Blackout Dates) 
• กรณี No-show หรือยกเลิกนอกเงื่อนไข จะถือว่าบัตรกำนัลถูกใช้สิทธิ์แล้ว 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถขยายอายุการใช้งานได้หลังวันหมดอายุ 
• โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Room Package – Terms & Conditions
Applicable to Deluxe Room and Two Bedroom Family Suite only. 
Booking period: 1-12 September 2026 
Stay period: Now – 30 November 2026 
•    A minimum of 1-day advance reservation is required and is subject to room availability. 
•    Buy your voucher now and book your stay later. 
•    This voucher is not valid for stays on 24 – 25 and 30 - 31 Oct, 01 Nov 2026 and 25 – 26 Nov 2026.
•    This promotion is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be amended once confirmed. 
•    This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or privilege. 
•    Children aged 0–3.99 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents. 
•    Children aged 4–11.99 years are charged THB 375 per child per day for breakfast only, or THB 750 per child per day including breakfast and an extra bed. 
•    Guests aged 12 years and above are charged THB 1,500 per person per night, including breakfast and an extra bed. 
•    Proof of Thai Resident will be required upon Check-in

General Terms & Conditions for Megatix Vouchers

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax. 
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer. 
• Each voucher is valid only for the named holder stated on the Megatix voucher. 
• Each voucher is valid for one-time use only and only for the benefits specified on the voucher. 
• All benefits must be redeemed during the same stay. 
• Reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. 
• No-shows or cancellations outside the permitted cancellation period will be treated as redeemed. 
• Vouchers are valid only until the expiry date stated on the voucher and cannot be extended. 
• The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
