We regret to inform you that Ne-Yo's concert, which was previously postponed, will not have a new date announced in the near future. In light of this update from the organizer, we have decided to offer you refund less processing fee. Please find the refund details below:

• Credit Card Purchases: Refunds for customers who made their purchase via credit card will commence on Monday, May 22nd, and we expect to complete all credit card refunds by May 26th. It is important to note that the credit card refund process involves multiple entities such as the payment gateway, VISA/Mastercard, and your card-issuing bank. Consequently, it may take approximately two weeks for the funds to appear in your credit card account.
• Bank Transfer or Counter Payment Purchases: For customers who made their purchase via bank transfer or counter payment, we kindly request your bank account information, including the Account Name (which should match the customer's name used for ticket purchase), Bank Name, and Bank Account Number. We will send a direct email to these customers containing a form to fill out and provide the necessary information.

At Megatix, customer satisfaction and happiness are our utmost priorities. We assure you that we will expedite the refund process to ensure you receive your money back as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize that circumstances beyond our control led to the cancellation, preventing you from enjoying Ne-Yo's show, which we were all eagerly anticipating. Nonetheless, please continue to stay updated with our announcements, and we hope to offer you more exciting shows in the future.

Ne-Yo, the Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer, is coming to Bangkok for a live concert at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) and it's going to be a night to remember! 🔥

With his soulful voice and smooth moves, Ne-Yo has been entertaining audiences around the world for close to two decades. He's known for hits like "Closer," "Miss Independent," and "So Sick," and has collaborated with top artists like Rihanna, Beyoncé, and Pitbull. His live performances are always full of energy and excitement, and this show in Bangkok is sure to be no different. 💃🏽🕺🏽

The concert will take place on Saturday May 20 at BITEC, one of the premier event venues in Bangkok. The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, ensuring that every note of Ne-Yo's performance will be crystal clear, and every moment will be visually stunning. Including screens to ensure all guests have a great view of the show. The show will feature an action-packed performance from Ne-Yo, live band and his dancers.

Doors will open at 18:00pm, and the show will begin at 19:30pm. There will be food and drinks available for purchase, so you can fuel up before or during the show.

Ticket Zones are Platinum right at the front and center of the stage, followed by Gold and Silver. All zones are for standing tickets. It’s an all-ages event, however there will be an adult only section for the sale of alcohol. (Scroll down to see the map of the zones). 

For those looking for the ultimate VIP experience, choose a VIP Booth, uninterrupted views from a raised platform, with seating for 15 people in your own private zone, catering and drinks provided.

Limited Early Bird tickets are on sale from 15:18 pm on Thursday 6th of April, via Megatix. Following the early bird sale will be the final release of tickets, there will be no door tickets, and this will be a sold-out show. Don't miss your chance to see Ne-Yo live in Bangkok!
