The renowned one-Michelin-star restaurant for four consecutive years, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has unveiled its latest summer dining secrets as part of a new ‘Summer Journey’ menu.
Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is recognised as the home of modern Thai gastronomy where exquisitely composed dishes are prepared using global cooking techniques with the best-quality seasonal ingredients. The secret to this year ‘Summer Journey’ menu is the collaboration between award-winning Michelin-star chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and chef Chayawee Sutcharitchan, the head chef at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. These culinary masterminds have once again joined hands to create dishes based upon the delicious tastes and refreshing flavours found with the best-quality summer seasonal ingredients.
