General Terms & Conditions Accommodation Vouchers

Voucher Validity

• Stay Period: 22 February – 30 June 2026.

• This voucher is valid strictly for the specified period. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Weekday vs. Weekend: Weekday vouchers (Sun-Fri) cannot be used for Saturday stays.

Surcharges & Blackout Dates

• Supplemental Charge: A surcharge of THB 1,800 net per room/night applies on the following Long Public Holidays:

  • March: 3 March 2026

  • April: 4, 5, 6 April 2026

  • May: 30, 31 May 2026

  • June: 1, 2, 3 June 2026

• Blackout Dates: Vouchers cannot be used on 10–15 April 2026 and 1–4 May 2026.

Extra Person Policy

• 3rd Person: THB 1,800 net per person/night (includes breakfast and extra bed/sofa bed).

  • Note: The 3rd person option is only available in the Standard Suite and Standard Pool Villa.

• Extra beds/sofa beds are subject to hotel availability.

Children Policy

• 0-5 Years: Stay for free (sharing existing bed), breakfast included.

• 6-11 Years (Sharing Bed): THB 400 net per person/night (breakfast included).

• 6-11 Years (Extra Bed): THB 900 net per person/night (includes breakfast and extra bed/sofa bed).

• Baby cots are available upon request (subject to availability).

Pet Policy

• Fee: THB 1,500 net per pet/night.

• Limit: Maximum 2 pets per room (dogs or cats allowed).

• Allowed Rooms: Pets are permitted only in the Standard Room, Canopy Villa, Standard Pool Villa, and Plush Pool Villa.
