- CHI, The Spa opens on Wednesday – Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm
- Health Club opens daily from 6 am to 10 pm
- Main swimming pool opens daily from 7 am to 7 pm.
- The vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, non-replaceable in case of loss and there is strictly no extension of the expiry date.
