• E-voucher is valid until June 20, 2024. Extensions are not permitted.
• Blackout dates are between December 24 - January 2.
• E-voucher is valid for specific treatments at PAÑPURI WELLNESS at Gaysorn Tower as indicated.
• Spa Treatments, Akasuri Body Scrub and Private Onsens require advanced reservation with Voucher Code at least 48 hours prior to desired treatment time. Subject to availability.
• Onsen Day Pass does not require advanced reservation.
• An extra surcharge of THB 150 for the Onsen, THB 250 for the Onsen Plus Akasuri, and THB 500 for Spa Treatments must be paid directly to the spa upon arrival if e-vouchers are used outside of specified days. However, e-vouchers must be used within the expiration date.
• E-voucher must be presented to the front desk before payment or treatment.
• E-voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash nor can it be used with discount cards and / or other promotions.
• E-voucher is valid for a single transaction and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
• PAÑPURI WELLNESS cannot be held responsible in case of damage or loss to the voucher.
