In southern Spain, Andalusia’s Atlantic and Mediterranean shores offer two coastal perspectives connected by a generous spirit of hospitality. This shared sense of place inspires Chef de Cuisine Borja Terry Borrego and guest Chef Álvaro Puerta from Sizzle Phuket, bringing their individual approaches to one evening shaped by land, fire and sea.

Set on the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, UNO MAS brings Spanish dining to life above Bangkok. From tapas and paella to evenings around a shared table, its warmth and panoramic skyline setting provide a fitting backdrop for this collaboration.

อูโนมาสถ่ายทอดเสน่ห์การรับประทานอาหารแบบสเปนเหนือวิวกรุงเทพฯ บนชั้น 54 ของโรงแรมเซ็นทาราแกรนด์ เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ เสิร์ฟความอร่อยครบครันในสไตล์สเปน ตั้งแต่ทาปาสและปาเอญ่า ไปจนถึงมื้อพิเศษที่ทุกคนได้มาร่วมโต๊ะ ด้วยเมนูอาหารที่รังสรรค์อย่างดี บรรยากาศอบอุ่นและวิวเมืองแบบพาโนรามาสอดคล้องลงตัวสำหรับการร่วมงานครั้งนี้

The menu moves from Motril prawn tartare and Hokkaido scallop with Manchego sauce to Wagyu tataki and slow-braised beef short rib with Pedro Ximénez jus. “My Grandma’s French Toast” brings the evening to a comforting close, adding a personal note to a dinner rooted in the chefs’ heritage.
