Do keep in mind the performance runs about 2 hours — worth a moment's thought about whether your child is ready to sit through it. The Christmas Day 12:00 PM session is the easiest for young children.

Smart casual to formal is recommended, but there is no mandatory dress code. Come as you feel comfortable.

The hall is strongly air-conditioned — a light layer is a good idea.

Yes. Food and drinks are served at the pre-show Cocktail Session and Meet & Greet, and there are F&B counters in the foyer — no alcohol is served in the foyer.

There is a 30-minute intermission between the two acts. Total running time is about 2 hours.

The score is high-quality orchestral music recorded by the Hermitage Orchestra, played in full through the hall's sound system.

Not allowed: professional cameras, flash, selfie sticks (prohibited anywhere in the venue), and live streaming of the performance. Please keep filming brief rather than continuous, keep your screen dim, and keep your phone silent. The curtain call is the best moment to film.

Yes — approximately 200 car spaces in the Siam Square One building car park.

Part-hours are rounded up and billed as a full hour.

Reserved parking is available with our VVIP and Royal packages — plate numbers must be registered in advance, and on arrival you tell the officer at the gate rather than taking a standard parking card.

If Siam Square One is full, these are all 2–5 minutes away on covered walkways, at roughly THB 30–40 per hour:

With only ~200 spaces on site, the BTS is the better option: Siam Station (CEN) is the central interchange, served by both the Sukhumvit and Silom lines, so no line change is needed from anywhere on the network. Take Exit 4, walk through the covered passageway into Siam Square One, then the elevator to Floor 7 (or escalators to Floor 6). 5–8 minutes, entirely under cover.

By taxi or Grab, say "Siam Square One, Siam, Bangkok" (ไปสยามสแควร์วัน สยาม กรุงเทพ) and drop off at Gate 1, Ground Floor, next to Bangkok Bank on Rama I Road. Put "Siam Square One" in the Grab note — drivers often head to Siam Paragon across the road by default.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue and the entire Siam Square One building.

There is no cloakroom or bag drop, so please travel light — large bags and luggage are best left behind. All guests clear a security checkpoint with bag inspection and handheld metal detectors. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and anything illegal will be handed to the police.

Three things:

1.  Nobody speaks or sings. The dancers tell the whole story through movement and music — nothing to understand in advance.

2.  What happens. A Christmas party, a toy Nutcracker that comes alive, a battle with the Mouse King, then a journey to a magical island. Act I ends with the battle; after the intermission, Act II is pure celebration.

3.  What we do. Stay in your seat, whisper if you need to say something, and clap loudly at the end of each act.

Arrive early — the foyer, the tree, and the costumes are half the magic. Use the intermission for the restroom trip, not mid-act. The Christmas Day midday session is the gentlest first visit.

Absolutely. A single seat is often the best seat in the house — you get to choose the exact view you want rather than a pair or a block.

Show content, programme, cast, and timing may change without notice; performers are indicative only, and such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date; a face-value refund may be requested within 14 days of the announcement. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the face value of the ticket will be refunded as the sole remedy; travel and other expenses are not compensated.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person without refund. Admission is subject to venue rules, security checks, and any government measures in force.

No admission for infants in arms and children below 3 years old; children aged 3 and above must purchase a ticket. Content suitability for minors is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

Photography and video or audio recording of any kind are not permitted, unless limited non-flash, non-professional shooting is expressly announced by the Organiser for a particular performance. The event may be filmed — by entering, you consent to the use of your image in recordings and marketing.
