Tickets & Wristbands

• Last entry rules apply. Please check your ticket type carefully before purchase. After Party tickets allow entry from 9:00 PM onwards only.
• Tickets are valid for one-time entry on the date purchased.
• Ticket will be redeemed once only at the gate for a wristband in order to gain entry. Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or were not purchased through an authorized point of sale. If a fraudulent ticket is presented, the matter will be referred to the police.
• When arriving at the gate, please either have your printed e-ticket or confirmation email opened and ready to be scanned on your device to exchange for a wristband to access the event.
• In case of rain or natural events that prevent the event from taking place, your ticket will be converted into F&B credit.
• All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Age Policy

• Strictly 20+ venue. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
• Guests under 20 years old will not be permitted to enter under any circumstances.

Weather Policy

• Barra Cuda is a rain-or-shine venue. Events will proceed as scheduled unless management decides otherwise due to severe weather conditions (e.g., storms).
• In the event of severe weather or natural conditions that prevent the event from taking place, tickets will be converted into F&B credit redeemable at the venue.

Payment & Refund Policy

• All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
