Reservations
• EXPERIENCE RAKxa ONE-DAY WELLNESS PACKAGE reservation is applicable for daily from 9.00 am. - 4.00 pm., confirmation is subject to availability
• Reservation is required prior arrival date at least 1 day in advance.To make a reservation please contact our Reservation Department on +66(0) 2 055 3100 or email:[email protected]
• Reservation amendment are accepted with notification to RAKxa at least 72 hours prior arrival date.
• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and it is non-refundable.
• Booking amendment notifies to RAKxa shorter than 72 hours prior to arrival date or “No show” will occur full penalty charge with non-refundable.
• Rate are net inclusive of service charge and VAT.

**For guests using complimentary Villa voucher in the Garden Villa
1. Complimentary access to the hydrotherapy zone, wellness swimming pool, fitness center, and other wellness group activities.
2. Special 10% off on Food & Beverage from regular price as below.
    • Breakfast at THB 1,200 per person
    • Lunch at THB 2,000 per person
    • Dinner at THB 3,000 per person
    • Afternoon Tea at THB 500 per person

**Holistic Treatment Credit Vouchers
• Holistic treatment credit vouchers are available to guests who have visited RAKxa as “Experience RAKxa One-day Wellness Package” guests or have stayed under any RAKxa Wellness packages only.
• Holistic treatment credit vouchers valued at THB 2,000 is applicable for treatments purchasing at RAKxa Jai and RAKxa Gaya only, and are not applicable to purchase treatments at Vitallife, Unam Restaurant, RAKxa Cha, Rx Store, or for the purchase of any other packages. If the required payment amount exceeds the value stated on the voucher, the supplement can be paid by cash or credit card.
• Holistic treatment credit vouchers are applicable to purchase additional treatments.
• One holistic treatment credit voucher is applicable per one holistic treatment.
• Holistic treatment credit voucher is valid for 30 days after EXPERIENCE RAKxa ONE-DAY WELLNESS PACKAGE usage date, and before 30 September 2021

• EXPERIENCE RAKxa ONE-DAY WELLNESS PACKAGE สามารถรับบริการได้ทุกวัน เวลา 9.00 - 16.00 น. โดยขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขและความพร้อมของการให้บริการ
• จองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ก่อนเข้ารับบริการ สำรองการใช้บริการได้ที่ โทร +66(0) 2 055 3100 or email:[email protected]
• การเปลี่ยนแปลงวันที่เข้ารับบริการจะต้องแจ้งกับฝ่ายสำรองห้องพัก ล่วงหน้า 72 ชม.
• ชำระเงินมัดจำล่วงหน้าเต็มจำนวนเมื่อทำการจอง และขอสงวนสิทธิในการคืนเงินทุกกรณี
• ราคารวมค่าบริการและภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว

**สำหรับผู้ใช้สิทธิ์เข้าพักห้องพักการ์เด้นวิลล่า
1. สามารถเข้าใช้บริการ โซนธาราบำบัด สระว่ายน้ำเสริมสุขภาพ ฟิตเนสและกิจกรรมกลุ่มเพื่อสุขภาพ
2. ได้รับส่วนลด 10% ค่าอาหารจากราคาปกติ
• อาหารมื้อเช้า ราคาปกติ 1,200 บาทต่อท่าน
• อาหารมื้อกลางวัน ราคาปกติ 2,000 บาทต่อท่าน
• อาหารมื้อค่ำ ราคาปกติ 3,000 บาทต่อท่าน
• Afternoon Tea ราคาปกติ 500 บาทต่อท่าน

**บัตรกำนัลทรีตเมนต์ดูแลสุขภาพ
• บัตรกำนัลทรีตเมนต์ดูแลสุขภาพ ใช้ได้เฉพาะลูกค้าที่เคยเข้าใช้บริการ EXPERIENCE RAKxa ONE-DAY WELLNESS PACKAGE หรือแพ็กเกจอื่นๆของรักษ เท่านั้น
• บัตรกำนัลทรีตเมนต์ดูแลสุขภาพ มูลค่า 2,000 บาท สามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลด ในการใช้บริการทรีตเมนต์ได้ที่ รักษากาย และ รักษาใจ เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้บริการที่ไวทัลไลฟ์ ห้องอาหารอู่น้ำ รักษาชา Rx STORE และการซื้อแพ็กเกจอื่นๆ ได้ หากยอดที่ชำระเกินกว่ามูลค่าที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรกำนัลฯ ท่านสามารถชำระส่วนต่างเพิ่มเติมได้ด้วยเงินสดหรือบัตรเครดิต
• บัตรกำนัลทรีตเมนต์ดูแลสุขภาพใช้สำหรับซื้อทรีตเมนต์เพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากแพ็กเกจเท่านั้น
• ทางรักษขอสงวนสิทธิในการใช้บัตรกำนัลส่วนลด โดยขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขและความพร้อมของการให้บริการ
• บัตรกำนัลทรีตเมนต์ดูแลสุขภาพ 1 ใบ จำกัดการเข้ารับบริการต่อ 1 ทรีตเมนต์เท่านั้น
• บัตรกำนัลทรีตเมนต์ดูแลสุขภาพ มีอายุ 30 วัน นับจากวัน ที่มาใชบริการ EXPERIENCE RAKxa ONE-DAY WELLNESS PACKAGE และภายใน 30 กันยายน 2564
