Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation, for food and beverage consumption and spa.
• Vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation only if booked directly with property on Best Available Rate, Best Available Rate with Breakfast, ONYX Rewards Member Rate, ONYX Rewards Member Rate with Breakfast.
• ONYX Rewards members can earn points when booking accommodation with eligible rate plan. Please provide your ONYX Rewards membership when making reservation or at check-in.
• Vouchers cannot be used if a reservation is booked via any other channel or on any other rate plan.
• Vouchers cannot be used against third party operated services.
• Once accommodation is booked, it is possible to modify the stay date with at least 7 days advance notice and a new date must be chosen within the maximum stay validity of the voucher. This condition is subject to availability and price difference of the new period chosen.
• Name change is allowed one-time along with the new travel period and the hotel must be informed about such change at least 30 days prior to intended travel.
• Vouchers are pre-paid at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts, any other vouchers or special events.
• Each voucher is valid for a one time use and any amount not utilized will not be carried forward for future use or cannot be redeemed as cash.
• Any spending exceeding the amount of the voucher must be paid upon check-out either in cash, by credit card or other available payment method at the property.
• Voucher credits will be applied to the guest folio at the time of check-out or bill settlement.
• Voucher credits are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are void after check-out.
• Voucher credits are not applicable for group bookings (10 or more rooms) or catering spending (weddings, meetings).
• Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• 24-hour advance reservation is required and rooms are subject to availability.
• Valid vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption or during check-in.
• Other terms and conditions apply.

- เวาเชอร์นี้ซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
- เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ และไม่สามารถใช้กับงานอีเว้นท์ งานพิเศษอื่นๆได้
- เวาเชอร์สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้งต่อการเข้าพักเท่านั้น โดยมูลค่าในเวาเชอร์ไม่สามารถเก็บใช้ในครั้งถัดไปหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
- ค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ จะเข้าบิลของลูกค้า และแสดงยอดค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆบน Statement
- สำหรับยอดค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกินจากเครดิตเงินสดในเวาเชอร์ สามารถชำระเงินส่วนที่เกิดได้ในวันที่เช็คเอ้าท์ โดยชำระเป็นเงินสดหรือบัตรเครดิดที่โรงแรมโดยตรงได้
- เครดิตเงินสดจากเวาเชอร์ไม่สามารถโอน หรือแลกเปลี่ยน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
- เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถใช้กับการสำรองห้องพักที่มากกว่า 10 ห้องพักขึ้นไป และไม่สามารถใช้กับการจัดประชุม งานเลี้ยงหรืองานแต่งงานได้
- เวาเชอร์นี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนใหม่ได้ หากทำหายหรือโดนขโมย
- เวาเชอร์นี้ต้องทำการจองห้องพักล่วงหน้า 24 ชั่วโมง ก่อนการเช็คอินที่โรงแรม
- งดร่วมโปรโมชั่นในวันที่กำหนด
- ต้องแสดงเวาเชอร์เพื่อทำการเช็คอิน
