Ravers, lovers, adventurers & soul sailors, we invite you to share moments of Loko bliss with us in two of the finest locations in the island!
Our first event is planned for Easter Saturday, 8th of April, from late afternoon to early morning. We will take over a magical venue right in the middle of the jungle and we will get to experience the sunset from an expansive terrace with panoramic views before we party under the stars ![]()
Details of our first event are now shared here:::

Our second event will take place at another gorgeous venue in an idyllic tropical private beach on Saturday the 15th. We will gather from sunset to do our opening circle and then rave all night til the morning when we will harness together the energising and deeply transformative power of the sun, at its greatest potency! (more info about our 2nd event in January)
Both parties will bring you music of the highest calibre from your favourite Loko DJs and local talent +++ there might be more gatherings and explorations popping out for the middle of the week. More details on our events and Cosmic Island Trip will be appearing on the next weeks & months
If this resonates, book your plane tickets soon and aim to arrive in the island a day earlier and depart at least a day later from the above dates ![]()

How to arrive to the island:
Koh Phangan has no airport, so these are the two different options to get there.
Option 1: Fly to Bangkok, take on overnight train to Surat Thani and from there take a boat (2 1/2 hours) to Koh Phangan.
Option 2: Fly to Bangkok, then to Ko Samui, take a taxi from the airport to the pier and then a boat to Koh Phangan.
Moving around the island:
If you drive, renting scooters and cars is very cheap and it's a great way to explore Phangan. You can rent them in Thong Sala town, in the pier and around the island. There are also plenty of taxis driving around. You can stop them on the street or call them in advance. Taxis usually arrive quickly.
Accommodation:
There are many different options to choose from. All rooms are with a double or 2 single beds, so that friends and lovers can share the price. These prices are for one night. You would get a better deal if you book for a week or two.
Search online for:
Beachfront Phangan Bungalow: 600 to 700 baht
The Cosy: 900 baht
Haad Yao Bayview: 1600 baht
Seaboard Haad Yao: around 2000 baht. This is on a beautiful beach with many restaurants and some good events during the week.
Crystal White Sand Resort: around 2500 baht for a double. This is right on the beach, next to Zen or Hippie Beach (nudist) and is one of the best places to stay. Places around Srithanu (Zen beach) offer much cheaper accommodation. There are cool coffee shops, restaurants, bars & Yoga studios around the area.
If many of you want to stay close to each other, these are good areas to check out:
Thong Sala: the island's only small town with food market, shopping amenities and conveniently placed to move to and fro anywhere in the island. It is well serviced with taxi and scooter/car rentals, but there is no beach.
Srithanu: this is known as the ‘hippy’ area. See also ‘Crystal White Sand Resort’ above
Hin Kong & Haad Yao are also good areas to look at.
If you look for a house to rent, the House for Rent in Koh Phangan group is a good option to explore.
Balancing emissions:
We should all think consciously about flying and make some adjustments or small sacrifices to compensate for our trip's emissions. From cutting down on other air travel and eating more vegan and locally, to limiting the heat and energy we use and buying/consuming less, there are several personal decisions we can make to try and balance the emissions we create. Lots of airlines offer carbon offset programs, but they are not often reliable nor truly environmentally friendly, so best to do what we can individually ![]()
