• E-voucher is valid until November 13, 2023. Extensions are not permitted.
• Blackout dates are between December 24 - January 2.
• E-voucher is valid for specific treatments at PAÑPURI ORGANIC SPA at Park Hyatt Bangkok as indicated.
• Spa Treatments require advanced reservation with Voucher Code at least 48 hours prior to desired treatment time. Subject to availability.
• An extra surcharge of THB 700 per treatment must be paid directly to the spa upon arrival if e-vouchers are used outside of specified days. However, e-vouchers must be used within the expiration date.
• E-voucher must be presented to the front desk before payment or treatment.
• E-voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash nor can it be used with discount cards and / or other promotions.
• E-voucher is valid for a single transaction and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
• PAÑPURI ORGANIC SPA cannot be held responsible in case of damage or loss to the voucher.
