Begin with a Peruvian dinner buffet at Romsai from 11 to 13 November, or discover a six-course Nikkei dinner at Vertigo TOO on 14 and 15 November. Each experience offers a different way to explore Peruvian cooking, with time to enjoy it in good company.

Settle in beside Romsai’s garden views for an evening of discovery at your own pace. Santiago Fernández, Abel Ortiz Alvarez and Franco Aldana bring their individual approaches to a Peruvian dinner buffet, inviting you to explore different flavours and return to the dishes you most enjoy.

Nikkei dinner at Vertigo TOO

As Bangkok lights up beyond the windows, Akira Oshita, Pier López and Rodrigo Serrano present a six-hands dinner exploring Nikkei cuisine: a Peruvian culinary tradition shaped by Japanese heritage. The six-course menu follows a story of migration and belonging, bringing Japanese techniques into conversation with Peruvian ingredients and memories. Opening snacks and petit fours frame the journey.

A taste of the menu

• Akami Tiradito  Lean tuna with citrus ponzu, shishito, shiso sprouts, cucumber and coconut snow.
• Okonomiyaki Anticuchero  Anticucho octopus with okonomiyaki, nori, rocoto emulsion and katsuobushi.
• Sudado Chirashi  Abalone, Hokkaido scallop, ikura and sushi rice with warm ají amarillo sudado and dashi.
• Dos Corrientes  Batayaki lobster with Villa Rica coffee curry and a contrasting chupe reduction.
• Roots of Seco  Braised veal cheek with white bean purée, coriander emulsion and pickled carrot and daikon.
• Lúcuma Hojicha and Cacao  Lúcuma crémeux, hojicha caramel, Peruvian cacao, kinako crumble and amazake ice cream.

Terms & Conditions

1. Event dates and venues
   Perú Mucho Gusto takes place at Banyan Tree Bangkok from 11–15 November 2026:

   • Romsai: Peruvian Dinner Buffet, 11–13 November 2026.

   • Vertigo TOO: Nikkei Set Dinner, 14–15 November 2026.

2. Ticket validity
   Each ticket is valid for one person and only for the date, venue and dining package selected at the time of purchase. A ticket does not provide admission to other festival dates or dining experiences.

3. Prices and charges
   All prices are quoted in Thai baht per person. Prices marked “++” exclude service charge and applicable taxes. Please review the total payable amount and any applicable booking or payment fees before completing your purchase.

4. Ticket presentation
   Please present your Megatix e-ticket or booking confirmation upon arrival. Each ticket may be redeemed once only. Please retain your confirmation until your visit.

5. Wine Pairing package
   The THB 3,800++ package includes the Nikkei Set Dinner with Wine Pairing at Vertigo TOO on the selected date, either 14 or 15 November 2026. Wine Pairing is not included in the THB 2,800++ dinner-only package or the Romsai buffet packages.

6. Alcohol service
   Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 20 years or above. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested. Alcohol service remains subject to applicable Thai law.

7. Food allergies and dietary requirements
   Please contact the restaurant before purchasing if you have food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements. Any requested menu adaptations require confirmation from the restaurant.

8. Additional orders
   Food, beverages and other items ordered outside the inclusions of the purchased package will be charged separately.

9. Booking amendments
   Requests to cancel a booking, change the dining date or amend guest details should be submitted to Banyan Tree Bangkok. Any amendment must be confirmed in writing before it takes effect.

10. Images
    Campaign and food images are for illustration purposes. Final dish presentation may differ from the images shown.

11. Platform terms
    Purchases made through Megatix are also subject to the applicable Megatix Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these event terms excludes any rights available under applicable law.
