Terms and Conditions
• Rates are for one night, based on two people sharing, and include breakfast, tax and service charge.
• There is no additional charge for children under 12 years old (except extra bed charge). Up to 2 children can stay with their parents.
• Extra bed charged at THB 1,500 net per person per night including breakfast (to be paid on the day of arrival).
• The following surcharges apply for stays taken between 24 December 2020 - 4 January 2021 and 11-18 February 2021:
• Deluxe Room THB 3,000 / night
• Premium Pool Access THB 3,000 / night
• Beachfront Plunge Pool Villa THB 9,000 / night
• Beachfront Two Bedroom Pool Villa THB 15,000 / night
• Guests who book a Beachfront Plunge Pool Villa will be offered free roundtrip airport transfers by car, and guests who book a Beachfront Two Bedroom Pool Villa will be offered free roundtrip airport transfers by van.
• Resort credit can be used for in-stay expenses, including dining and spa treatments. It cannot be used for room upgrades, VAT and service charge.
• An extra 20% F&B/spa discount cannot be used for minibar items, other promotions, happy hour menu items, manicure and pedicure services, waxing or spa packages.
• A free pick-up service is available between the resort and Sirinat National Park. Reservations must be made in advance when staying at the hotel.
• This promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be accumulated in Marriott Bonvoy program.
• Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts, vouchers, special events and membership club discounts
• The purchase of any voucher must be completed 24 hours prior to check in at the hotel, to ensure validity of the duration of the stay. Any vouchers purchased after the check in time, during the stay at the hotel, must be redeemed during a future new booking/ visit.

• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with We Travel Together Campaign (Rao Tiew Duay Gun Campaign)
• Blackout dates apply, as specified by the hotel.
• QR Code provided in your email must be presented during the time of check-in. The voucher is valid for a specified period and cannot be renewed.

• ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี เด็กสามารถเข้าพักได้ไม่เกิน 2 ท่าน พร้อมกับผู้ปกครอง รวมอาหารเช้า (ไม่รวมเตียงเสริม)
• ราคาเตียงเสริม 1,500 บาทถ้วน ต่อท่าน ต่อคืน พร้อมอาหารเช้า (ชำระเพิ่มในวันที่เข้าพัก)
• สำหรับการเข้าพักในช่วง 24 ธ.ค. 63 – 4 ม.ค. 64 และ 11 -18 ก.พ. 64 ชำระเพิ่มตามราคาที่กำหนดด้านบนในวันที่เข้าพัก

• สำหรับสิทธิพิเศษรถรับส่งระหว่างสนามบินภูเก็ตกับโรงแรม เป็นประเภทรถยนต์ (1คัน) สำหรับ Beachfront Plunge Pool Villa และรถตู้ (1คัน) สำหรับ Beachfront Two Bedroom Pool Villa
• ส่วนลดพิเศษ 20% ไม่สามารถใช้กับมินิบาร์, โปรโมชั่นพิเศษอื่นๆ, เมนู Happy Hour, บริการทำเล็บมือเล็บเท้า, การแว๊กซ์ หรือ แพ็คเกจสปาได้
• สามารถใช้บริการรับรถรับส่งฟรีระหว่างโรงแรมและอุทยานแห่งชาติสิรินาถ โดยต้องทำการจองล่วงหน้าเมื่อเข้าพักที่โรงแรม
• ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืน, แลกเป็นเงินสดหรือเครดิต หรือนำไปสะสมคะแนนในโปรแกรม Marriott Bonvoy ได้
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้
• บัตรกำนัลนี้จำเป็นต้องทำการซื้อล่วงหน้า 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนการเช็คอินที่โรงแรม หากเป็นการซื้อบัตรกำนัลในขณะทำการเช็คอินหรือระหว่างการเข้าพัก บัตรกำนัลนั้นจะสามารถใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักในครั้งต่อไปเท่านั้น

• ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโครงการเราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้
• ไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในช่วง blackout dates ตามที่โรงแรมกำหนดไว้ และ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นๆของทางโรงแรม 
• จะต้องแสดง QR Code ในอีเมล มาแสดงเพื่อเข้าพักเท่านั้น โดยบัตรกำนัลจะใช้ได้ในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดและไม่สามารถต่ออายุได้
• เครดิตแทนเงินสด สามารถใช้สำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างการเข้าพักในรีสอร์ท โดยไม่สามารถใช้กับค่าใช้จ่ายในการอัพเกรดห้องพัก, ค่าภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการได้
