The Presenter reserves the right to alter the date, venue, entertainment, including Julian Marley & The Uprising, and activities as advertised without prior notice. No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stage.

We do not refund, exchange, or substitute tickets after purchase. Please treat your tickets like cash, as lost tickets cannot be replaced. A change in personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange your ticket.

If the event is cancelled for any reason outside the control of the Presenter, refunds shall be at the Presenter’s absolute discretion.

All attendees must be able to prove their age with valid ID.

ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงิน เปลี่ยน หรือทดแทนบัตรได้หลังจากทำการสั่งซื้อแล้ว กรุณาเก็บรักษาบัตรเสมือนเงินสด เนื่องจากไม่สามารถออกบัตรใหม่ทดแทนกรณีสูญหายได้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานการณ์ส่วนบุคคลของผู้ซื้อ ไม่ถือเป็นเหตุให้สามารถคืนหรือเปลี่ยนบัตรได้

หากงานถูกยกเลิกด้วยเหตุผลที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้จัดงาน การคืนเงินจะขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของผู้จัดงานแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่านต้องสามารถแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือเอกสารยืนยันอายุที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
