Age Restriction: This event is strictly 20+. A valid physical ID or Passport is required for entry. 

Tickets, booking fees, and service charges are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer.

Dress Code: Smart Casual. The following items are strictly prohibited: shorts, flip-flops (open shoes), hoodies, vests, baseball caps, snapbacks, and sportswear. Levels reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate attire. 

Complimentary Drink: Each ticket includes one (1) complimentary selected drink, redeemable at the bar. 

Entry & Re-entry: Tickets must be redeemed at the gate for an official event hand stamp, which is required for both entry and re-entry.  

Entry Policy: There is no timed entry cut-off; however, we highly recommend arriving early to avoid long queues and ensure a smooth entry. 

Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be issued under any circumstances. 

Additional Consumption: Beyond the first drink, all beverages and bottle service are at the guest's own expense. 

Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances or government mandates, tickets will be converted into Venue Credit (valid for future entry or drink spend at Levels) or transferred to the rescheduled date. 

Media Release: By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. 

Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests at its discretion for unruly behaviour or violation of club policies.

Validity: Table packages are valid for the main event duration only. 

Pricing: All prices are in Thai Baht and include tax and service charge. 

Allocation: Table locations will be arranged by the Levels team. While we will do our best to note preferences, specific table locations cannot be guaranteed. 

Check-in: Final table check-in is at 11:30 PM. Tables not checked in by this time may be released or resold without refund. 

Deposits: All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. 

Inclusions: Inclusions: Entry access (via event hand stamp) is included per package up to the stated capacity; extra guests require separate tickets. 

Credit: Beverage credit is included as stated in each specific package and must be used on the night. 

Liability: Levels is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
