Experience an unforgettable evening at the Sand Point, Ivory, and Burt Wine Dinner hosted at SoCal, featuring a selection of exquisite wines sourced from Clarksburg AVA, California, nestled along the Sacramento River in the heart of the Delta. This region is distinguished by its fertile, sea-level soils and a unique microclimate characterized by refreshing morning breezes and rapid evening cooling, following warm afternoons. These environmental factors make it an ideal terroir for the cultivation of varietals that flourish in cooler climates.

The culinary journey unfolds with a meticulously crafted five-course menu. It commences with a trio of appetizers: tuna tartare tacos, sourdough with burrata, and truffle prosciutto focaccia, perfectly complemented by the 2018 Sand Point Sauvignon Blanc from Central Valley. Following this, indulge in the delicious charred flavors of hamachi crudo served on tostada crisps, with coriander and jalapeno aguachile, paired elegantly with the 2021 Ivory and Burt Chardonnay. The culinary journey continues with a sumptuous tiger prawn and Chilean mussel risotto, harmonizing seamlessly with the 2020 Sand Point Merlot from Central Valley.

The main course, prepared by our renowned chef Dominic, features Lumina Farm lamb rump, elevated with ancho chili jus, burnt eggplant, onion petals, and cucumber. This culinary masterpiece is impeccably paired with two standout wines of the evening from Lodi, California: the 2020 Ivory and Burt Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2020 Ivory and Burt Old Vine Zinfandel.

The grand finale of the dinner consists of a creamy avocado cheesecake with a decadent pecan and coconut crust, accompanied by fresh strawberries and vanilla cream.
