อวานี พัทยา รีสอร์ท ได้ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านสุขอนามัย หรือ Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration (SHA) และมาตรฐานโรงแรมสะอาดปลอดภัย ป้องกันโรค COVID-19 จากกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ซึ่งถือเป็นการยกระดับการให้บริการเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับวิถี “นิว นอร์มอล” เพิ่มความมั่นใจให้กับแขกของโรงแรมฯ ทุกท่าน

• ราคาบัตรกำนัลรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการแล้ว 
• ราคาที่แสดงคือราคาซึ่งรวมส่วนลดและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆเรียบร้อยแล้ว 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพัก ห้องอาหาร และสปาไม่สามารถใช้กับสิทธิ์เราเที่ยวด้วยกันได้
• กรุณาจองห้องพัก ห้องอาหาร และสปาล่วงหน้า
• บัตรกำนัลซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถคืนได้ 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถนำมาแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือมูลค่าแทนเงินได้ และไม่สามารถขยายเวลาหมดอายุของบัตรกำนัลได้ 
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้ 
• ในกรณีที่ไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองห้องพัก ห้องอาหาร หรือสปาไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีก 
• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลห้องพักและหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางที่โรงแรมตอนเช็คอิน โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลห้องพักต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
• กรุณาแสดงสำเนาบัตรกำนัลห้องอาหาร หรือสปา และหมายเลขของบัตรกำนัล พร้อมกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง ให้แก่เจ้าหน้า ณ วันที่มาใช้บริการห้องอาหารหรือสปา โดยชื่อบนบัตรกำนัลต้องตรงกับบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักแต่ละใบ ใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักตามจำนวนคืน และสิทธิประโยชน์ตามที่ระบุบนบัตร 
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักหนึ่งใบใช้ได้สำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งเดียว โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ต้องใช้ภายในการเข้าพักครั้งเดียวกัน
• บัตรกำนัลห้องอาหารและสปา ใช้ได้ครั้งเดียว โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆและเงื่อนไขตามที่ระบุบนบัตร 
• การใช้บัตรกำนัลห้องพัก ขึ้นอยู่กับอัตราห้องพักที่ว่าง ประเภทของห้องพักที่ว่าง ณ วันที่ทำการจอง และอาจมีวันที่ไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ (ซึ่งรวมถึงวันปิดภาคเรียนและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์)
• อวานี พัทยา รีสอร์ท ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลห้องพักดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกและจะถูกทดแทนด้วยการออกบัตรกำนัลใบใหม่ 
• อวานี พัทยา รีสอร์ท มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักที่หมดอายุ และคิดราคาเต็มหากคุณต้องการเข้าพักตามวันเวลาที่ได้ทำการจอง

• Advance reservation is required.
• The rate quoted is per night including maximum discount, subject to seasonal variations and change without notice.
• Certificate rates are inclusive of tax and service charge.
• The rate quoted is per package, including discounts and extra benefits.
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with We Travel Together Campaign 'Rao Tiew Duay Gun' Campaign.
• Certificates are non-refundable.
• Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value, and cannot be extended past the validity date.
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• No shows and late cancellation will result in the cancellation of redeemed vouchers.
• A copy of your certificate must be presented at check-in with a valid passport. The name on your Certificate must match the name on your passport. 
• Each Certificate constitutes accommodation for the specified number of nights plus the benefits stated in the Certificate.
• Certificates may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time. 
• Certificates are redeemable until the stated validity date with a no-extension policy. 
• Avani Pattaya Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen Certificates.
• Advance reservation is required through the property and redemption of Certificates is subject to the hotel's availability, specific room category availability and ‘blackout’ periods (including school holidays and public holidays).
• Cancellation and/or modification of the booking may or may not be applicable within the validity period depending on the hotel. Do note that there are some hotels on a strict no cancellation policy. Please refer to the Certificate details for more information. 
• In the event of a no show, the Certificate is considered to have been redeemed and the full stay will be charged.
• Avani Pattaya Resort has the right to reject any expired Certificate and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.
