▪️ Vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation only if booked directly with property on Best Available Rate, Best Available Rate with Breakfast, Advance Purchase Rate, Advance Purchase Rate with Breakfast, ONYX Rewards Member Rate, ONYX Rewards Member Rate with Breakfast, ONYX Rewards Member Advance Purchase Rate, ONYX Rewards Member Advance Purchase Rate with Breakfast.
▪️ ONYX Rewards members can earn points when booking accommodation with eligible rate plan. Please provide your ONYX Rewards membership when making reservation or at check-in.
▪️ Vouchers cannot be used if a reservation is booked via any other channel or on any other rate plan.
▪️ Vouchers cannot be used against third party operated services.
▪️ Vouchers are pre-paid at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable.
