Ticket sales conditions:

1. Participants must be 20 years of age or older.
2. You can purchase a limited number of 4 tickets / per 1 account only.
3. Participants must fill in their first and last name exactly as shown on their national ID card or passport. The organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept wristbands if the first and last name shown in the system does not match the national ID card or other official documents that are permitted to be used.
4. Once the ticket purchase is complete, you will receive an E-Ticket via email to register for Pre-Registeration from April 4, 2025 onwards and exchange for a wristband for entry to the event at the entrance.
5. Wristband Receiving
   1. 5.1 4 day pass tickets can be used to enter the event every day (11 - 14 April 2025). You must collect a 1 day pass wristband for entry on 11 April 2025 and a 3 day pass wristband for entry on 12 - 14 April 2025.
   2. 5.2 3 day pass tickets can be used for 3 days of entry (12 - 14 April 2025).
   3. 5.3 1 day pass tickets can only be used to enter the event on the date specified on the ticket.
6. Reselling or distributing tickets for advertising or public relations purposes without permission from the event organizer is considered illegal.
7. The organizer does not allow the use of the card for commercial purposes, promotions with products such as discounts, exchanges, freebies, or giveaways, unless the organizer has given permission.
8. The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
9. In case of lost card, the company reserves the right to issue a new card in all cases.
10. Within the event, still and motion pictures of the audience and the atmosphere were taken to be used for advertising and publicizing the concert through various channels.

Terms and conditions for participating in the event:

1. Participants must register via the Pre-Registration system before entering the event. Advance registration for the event can be made from 4 April 2025 onwards. Each E-Ticket can only be used to register 1 name.
2. Thai participants, please prepare your original ID card to verify your identity for entry only.
3. Foreign participants, please prepare your passport (a photocopy of the document is acceptable).
4. Once entered, if the participant leaves the event, they will not be able to re-enter the event under any circumstances (No Re-entry).
5. All types of narcotics, weapons, sharp objects or weapon equivalents, and objects that cause sparks are prohibited from being brought into the event.
6. The organizer reserves the right to refuse to attend the event if the name shown in the Pre-registration system does not match the ID card or other official documents that are permitted to be used.
7. Participants must pick up their wristbands at the event on the day they purchase. They cannot pick up their wristbands in advance. **It is not permitted to pick up a wristband on behalf of another person in any case.

note :

1. • The ticket price does not include VAT and other fees.
2. • After purchasing tickets, the organizer reserves the right not to allow cancellation, amendment, change or refund in any case (Non-refundable/ Non-upgradeable).
3. • The team reserves the right not to be responsible in the event of subsequent ticket purchases from other individuals or channels.
4. • Important: Please do not share the E-Ticket QR Code/Reference with other people or on various social media, as it is personal information that the team or event organizer reserves the right not to be responsible for.
5. Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes, promotions, or marketing (eg, discounts, giveaways) without prior consent from the organizer.
6. The organizer reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
7. Lost tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
8. The event organizer may take photographs or record videos of attendees and the event for promotional purposes across various channels.
9. Wristbands must be collected on the day of the event based on the ticket purchased. Wristbands cannot be collected in advance, nor can someone else collect them on behalf of the attendee.
