1. This ticket is valid for the specific activity and location specified on the ticket along with the seating cannot be swapped/exchanged to other activities.

2. Other Discounts or Privileges cannot be used in conjunction with this voucher/offer. The ticket is non-refundable if not redeemed.

3. We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor do we replace tickets that may have been stolen, lost or destroyed, except as otherwise provided herein. Please treat your tickets like cash as we cannot replace lost tickets. A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange the ticket.

4. The programs can be changed as appropriate without prior notice according to the weather and water level of the day.

5. We DO NOT recommend our trips for citizens lower the age of 4 years old, over the age of 70 years old, ladies are pregnant, people who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood pressure, heart condition, or received recently surgery

6. We are reserved the right to cancel or refund in all cases, except the cancellation is from Marine Office Phuket Branch's announcement

3. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถโอน หรือแลกเปลี่ยน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดได้ หากสูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือถูกทำลาย และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนบัตรกำนัลที่ทำการซื้อไปแล้วไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม

4. เวลาและโปรแกรมต่างๆ สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศและระดับน้ำในแต่ละวัน

5. ไม่แนะนำเดินทาง กรณีลูกค้าตั้งครรภ์, เด็กเล็ก, ผู้สูงอายุและผู้ที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพทั้งหัวใจ, เบาหวานหรือหอบหืด

6. บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์การยกเลิก/คืนเงินทุกกรณี ยกเว้นมีประกาศงดเดินเรือจากกรมเจ้าท่าสาขาภูเก็ตเท่านั้น
