• The resort credit must be used during the stay and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a whole or partial cash value.
• The resort credit is not applicable for mini-bar, in-villa dining, private dining program, and spa promotions.
• Each extra person (aged 12 years old and above) is chargeable at THB 4,500 net per night inclusive of breakfast.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Change of period of stay and guest names are permitted when notified a minimum of 21 days prior to arrival.
