1. The credits ticket validity: 8 April - 31 October 2021
2. The credits ticket can be redeemed for accommodation (booked via Shangri-La.com and applicable for non-prepayment standard rates and packages only), spa treatments, on-site restaurants.
3. The credits ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts, vouchers, special events and membership club discounts
4. The credits ticket need to be used during one stay and cannot be carried forward for future use or redeemable as cash.
5. The credits ticket are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash and are void after check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.
6. The credits ticket are not applicable for group bookings (10 or more rooms) or catering spend (wedding, meeting) 
7. If a reservation is booked via any other channel or on any other rate plan, the voucher value cannot be used against the accommodation.
8. The credits ticket can only be enjoyed and redeemed at Shangri-La Chiang Mai
9. The credits ticket is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (in full or in part), may not be redeemed for other gift cards and/or special offers and any unused credit will be forfeited
10. The Hotel is not responsible for any loss, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket and no replacements will be made in these circumstances
