Terms and conditions: voucher after purchase on Megatix

• All vouchers are prepaid at booking. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged or substituted, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be extended past the validity date. A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange a voucher.
• Each voucher is valid only on the date confirmed at booking. The date cannot be amended, changed, or postponed after booking. A voucher not used on that date expires and cannot be reused.
• Each voucher is valid for one transaction only. The full value must be redeemed at one time. No voucher can be combined with any other promotion.
• No voucher is valid on public holidays or during festive seasons, including Loy Krathong. Contact restaurant reservations with any questions.
• Warning: An add-on cannot be purchased on its own. An add-on is valid only when it is bought together with the main Sol brunch package. An add-on bought without the main package is invalid immediately, cannot be redeemed, and is non-refundable.
• A no-show or late cancellation cancels the voucher. It cannot be used again.
• Treat your voucher like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, and SEEN Restaurant and Bar Bangkok is not responsible for them.
• SEEN Restaurant and Bar Bangkok reserves the right to change the date, the venue, and the entertainment and activities as advertised, without prior notice. No warranty or representation is made regarding the view of the stage.
• SEEN Restaurant and Bar Bangkok may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
