Sonic Sounds & Flow

On 11/11 at 5pm, dynamic duo Kanke and Patty are replenishing our senses with a 2hr evocative experience. ✨ 🧘‍♀️ 🌿

With carefully sequenced yoga surrendering to earthy beats from Kanke, you will start this journey with a juicy hour of Vinyasa Flow. Poetically and physically opening hearts & hips through Asana practice, while Patty will support with alignment adjustments & assists.

After raising energy with the Vinyasa Flow, Patty will return us back to stillness through a guided meditation and then transport our senses to the heavens through a crystal bowl sound bath.

Once guided back from the trip we’ll close this experience with chats over Chai Tea, a sweet snack & optional Oracle card reading.
