• Advance spa reservations are required, please call The Oriental Spa between 9am and 7pm daily at +66 (0) 2659 9000.
• You will be required to present the voucher to redeem your treatment upon arrival at The Oriental Spa.
• The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or other offers.
• In case of loss, the hotel reserve rights of not re-issuing nor replacing with a new voucher.
