Terms & Conditions
1. Check-In Time
Standing tables must be redeemd before 19.00 and VIP tables must be redeemed before 21.00, if you check-in later than that then there will be no water service provided to your tables.
2. Entry
Please show your reservation QR code at the respective counters to redeem your table & wristbands.
3. Capacity
Standing tables: 5 PAX
VIP S: 8 PAX
VIP M: 10 PAX
VIP L: 15 PAX
VIP I: 15 PAX
VIP tickets are 1600 THB on the 10th and 1800 THB on the 18th per PAX.
4. Refund Policy
All sales online and offline are final and non-refundable under any circumstances with the exception of natural disasters or event cancellation.
5. Non-Participation
If you did not attend on the intended reserved date, you are able to collect the liquor bottles you've purchased before the 30th of April 2026 at the front counter of Onyx Bangkok, please note that mixers are not included in this case and you may only claim your alcohol bottles.
6. Contraband
Do not bring any contraband prohibited under the laws of Thailand including illict drugs, weapons and other banned article into the event, you consent to being searched prior to entering the event and if any of the above were to be discovered then we retain all rights to refuse entry, confiscate & report to local authorities as well as pursue legal action against you.
7. Personal Belongings
THIS IS A WET EVENT, please take care and protect your peronal belongings at all times, Splash Songkran RCA is not responsible for any loss & damages of your personal belongings.
8. PDPA – Personal Data Protection Act (B.E. 2562)
Upon entering and participating Splash Songkran RCA 2026, you consent to be photographed, videographed and/or recorded for the event's promotional purposes,
you hereby also agree to have personal images, footage and/or sound recording to be used in the event or it's affiliate's promotional channels including but not limited to social media, television, physical media and other online media and abandon all rights to pursue legal action should such occur.
