A playful, upbeat yoga flow with a spooky twist. Move through dynamic sequences to energising music, surrounded by shifting glow colours, before slowing down in the warmth of Red Light Therapy.

Expect vibrant flow, playful Halloween vibes and moments of deep relaxation. We’ll close with a soothing Savasana under the red light, leaving you feeling calm, recharged and glowing from within.
