ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ใช้สำหรับการจองและเข้าพักวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2564 ถึงวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 เท่านั้น  ( กันยายน - พฤศจิกายน โรงแรมเปิดให้บริการเฉพาะคืนวันศุกร์ คืนวันเสาร์ และวันหยุดต่อเนื่องเท่านั้น)
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้เข้าพักได้ในช่วงพีคซีซั่น ระหว่างวันที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2564 ถึงวันที่ 5 มกราคม 2565
• บัตรกำนัล นี้ใช้สำหรับการเข้าพักได้ทุกวัน ตามเงื่อนไขบัตรกำนัลขึ้นอยู่กับห้องว่าง
• ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องสำรองห้องพักทั้ง 2 คืนพร้อมกัน                                                              
• การซื้อบัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง ยกเลิก หรือขอคืนเงินได้ในทุกกรณี
• ราคาบัตรกำนัล เป็นราคา Net รวม VAT และ Service Charge เรียบร้อยแล้ว                                                            
• เข้าพักวันหยุดต่อเนื่อง ชำระเพิ่ม 1,000 บาท/ห้อง/คืน
• ค่าบริการเตียงเสริม สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ ราคา 1,100 บาทสุทธิ ต่อคืนต่อท่าน และสำหรับเด็ก (อายุ 4-12 ปี พักกับผู้ปกครองไม่เอาเตียงเสริม) อาหารเช้าราคาท่านละ 250 บาทสุทธิ ต่อคืนต่อท่าน
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆได้
• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักนี้ใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุบนบัตร โดยไม่สามารถต่ออายุได้
• ส่วนลดร้านอาหารไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆในร้านอาหารได้ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับร้านอาหาร Peppina และ Room Service )  
• เมื่อต้องการสำรองห้องพัก ลูกค้าจะต้องแจ้งเลขที่ voucher กับฝ่าย Reservation                                                          
• แสดงภาพบัตรกำนัล ตัวจริงกับพนักงานเมื่อทำการเช็คอิน (สามารถแสดงเป็นภาพ, แสดงอีกเมลล์ หรือแจ้งเลขที่บัตรกำนัลได้)
• บัตรกำนัล สามารถรีดีมได้หนึ่งครั้ง ไม่สามารถออกใหม่ได้ ในกรณีใช้ไปแล้วหรือสูญหาย
• โรงแรมรีเจ้นชะอำขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อบัตรที่สูญหายหรือถูกขโมยทุกกรณี โดยหลังจากมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการกรณีที่บัตรกำนัลห้องพักสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย บัตรกำนัลห้องพักดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิก
• โรงแรมรีเจ้นชะอำ มีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักที่หมดอายุ และคิดราคาเต็มหากคุณต้องการเข้าพักตามวันเวลาที่ได้ทำการจอง

• การไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองห้องพักไว้ หรือการยกเลิกการจองหลังจากระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ มีผลทำให้บัตรกำนัลห้องพักถูกยกเลิกและไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้อีกและไม่สามารถขอคืนเป็นเงินได้

Term and Conditions:
• The vouchers are valid for Staying from 24 September 2021 to 28 February 2022.  From ( September - November 2021 Hotel will be open only Friday, Saturday, and Long Weekend).
• The vouchers can not be used ( Blackout ) during peak period 25 December 2021 until 5 January 2022.
• The voucher is valid to be used every day.
•  The reservation should be consecutive nights
• The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
• Reservations made cannot be changed or cancelled. 
• The voucher price includes VAT and service charge.
• Supplement charge for a stay on long weekend: THB 1,000 per room per night.
• Extra person charge for adults is THB 1,100 net per person per night and for children (4-11 years old sharing bed with parents) THB 250 net per person per night.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion.
• Vouchers are redeemable until the stated validity date with a no-extension policy. 
• F&B Discount can not combine with other promotion and can not be used at Peppina Restaurant and Room Service.
• Voucher number  is request when making a reservation. 
• A copy of your Voucher must be presented at check-in with a valid passport. 
• Vouchers only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
• Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Regent Cha Am is not responsible for lost or stolen Megatix Vouchers.
• Regent Cha Am  have the right to reject any expired Megatix voucher and charge in full should you wish to keep the reservation or appointment.
