Co-creator of ‘CHAPPELLE’S SHOW!’ alongside DAVE CHAPPELLE, Neal not only co-wrote and co-produced the classic comedy sketches ‘Charlie Murphy/Rick James,’ ‘The Racial Draft,’ ‘Charlie Murphy/Prince’ (and more) but directed them too! Since then Neal has written and directed several movies, appeared on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’, ‘Conan’, ‘The Daily Show’, directed NETFLIX specials for SETH MYERS, MICHELLE WOLF and for other comics along with so much more. Neal has 3 NETFLIX specials, in 2017 his '3 MICS' was a huge hit with a unique take on the comedy special, in 2019 he starred in another NETFLIX special for 'COMEDIANS OF THE WORLD' and in 2022 his latest special 'BLOCKS' was nothing short of brilliant, intelligent, personal and edgy.
