TERMS + CONDITIONS

• All orders require a full pre-payment and is non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• Beverage is not valid during special events & promotions.
• If you wish us to deliver in any of our guest room, flowers order must be placed at least 3 days prior to the required delivery date, along with the guest’s name or booking number.
• Colours and types of flowers may vary depending on seasonal availability.
• The Florist Office operates from 07.00 -17.00 hours daily.
• The price is inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax
