สปา | ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข

• Gift Voucher ใช้ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 กรฏาคม – 31 ตุลาคม 2564
• จำกัด Gift Voucher 4 ใบต่อการจอง
• Gift Voucher ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดได้ และจะไม่มีการออกให้ใหม่หากสูญหาย ถูกขโมย ถูกทำลาย หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่ว่าจะด้วยวิธีใด ๆ
• Gift Voucher สามารถใช้ได้ครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น 
• Gift Voucher ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่น ๆ ได้
• Gift Voucher สามารถให้ผู้อื่นหรือใช้เป็นของขวัญได้
• เมสัน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฎิเสธ Gift Voucher ที่ถูกดัดแปลง ทำซ้ำ หรือส่อพิรุษในทางผิด

• การสำรองการใช้บริการสปาขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนการเข้าใช้บริการและจำเป็นต้องทำการสำรอง 1 วันล่วงหน้า
• หากต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจองสามารถแจ้งก่อนการเข้าใช้บริการอย่างน้อย 6 ชั่วโมง หลังจากนั้นจะไม่สามารถทำได้และถือว่าสละสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการนวด
• ต้องแสดง Gift Voucher ฉบับจริงระหว่างการเข้าใช้บริการเท่านั้น
• ราคานี้ใช้ได้สำหรับการจองใหม่เท่านั้น
• Gift Voucher ไม่สามารถแลกคืนหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด รวมถึงไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการอื่น ๆ ได้
• สิทธิพิเศษนี้สำหรับลูกค้าของ Megatix เท่านั้น
• เมสันสปาขอสงวนสิทธิ์การให้บริการสปาต่างๆ ตามประกาศสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินและข้อกำหนดจากทางรัฐบาล และยึดประกาศล่าสุดเสมอ
