KiSara unveils its new Sunday Brunch, celebrating Japanese culinary craftsmanship through signature favourites, interactive dining and premium ingredients.

Available every Sunday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm

The brunch begins with signature starters including Ponzu Oyster, Ikura Oroshi Ae and Chicken Karaage, followed by unlimited appetizers such as Spicy Rock Shrimp Tempura, Yellowtail Carpaccio and Wagyu Tataki. Fresh sushi, sashimi and maki highlight salmon, bluefin tuna akami, yellowtail hamachi and shrimp, complemented by Age-Sando crafted to order, from savoury favourites to sweet treats. The journey continues with teppanyaki selections featuring Salmon, Tiger Prawn, Hokkaido Scallop, Kurobuta Pork Loin and Beef.

Enhance the occasion with Boston Lobster, A4 Japanese Wagyu Beef, Wagyu Carving for Two and the KiSara Kaisen Tower, available at an additional charge. End on a sweet note with Japanese Cheesecake, Churros with Green Tea and Miso Espuma, or Vanilla Ice Cream with Umeshu and Plum.
