*Amuse bouche - wagyu mini sandwich
*Appettizer- tuna tartar, green apple, crispy quinoa, pistachio and squid ink mayo
*Soup- tom kha truffle soup, grilled scallop and crispy thai basil
*Pasta - linguine with lobster and yuzu citrus zest
*Main with choice - grilled tiger prawns, passion fruit sauce and vegetable ratatouille OR Myazaki wagyu A5, foie gras, white truffle sauce and roasted potatoes
*Dessert- mango sticky rice tiramisu
