  Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Deposit Policy

• Full Prepayment Required: Guests must pay the full amount upon booking to secure their table reservation.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at the venue.
• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation email or message will be sent with the table number, number of guests, and package inclusions.
  
  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   
• Full Refund: For cancellations made before 23 December 2025.
• No Refund: Cancellations made after 24 December 2025 (7 days prior to the event), as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.
  
  3. Modification Policy
   
• Changes to Reservation: Requests to modify table size, table type, or table location must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
• Upgrades: Any changes leading to a higher cost may incur additional charges.
  
  4. Arrival and Check-In Policy
   
• Check-In Time: Guests must check in between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM on December 31, 2025. Unclaimed tables after 11:00 PM may be released without a refund.
• Identification: Guests must present a valid ID and the reservation confirmation upon arrival.
• Guest Limit: Each table has a maximum capacity based on its category. Additional guests require approval and may incur extra charges.
  
  5. Table Package and Inclusions
   
• Includes beverages and food as specified in the package.
• Additional orders exceeding the prepaid amount will be charged separately and must be settled on the night of the event.
• All prices include service charge and VAT.
  
  6. Table Allocation
   
• Tables are allocated according to the category booked. Specific table numbers may be adjusted as needed.
• The venue reserves the right to assign or reallocate table positions within the booked category to support operational efficiency.
  
  7. General Terms
   
• Dress Code: Smart Casual attire is required. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate attire.
• Conduct: Guests are expected to behave appropriately. Those who cause disturbance may be removed without refund.
• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  
  Additional Conditions
   
• Guests under 20 years old are not permitted to enter the venue.
• No outside alcohol or illegal substances are allowed inside the venue. If found, entry will be denied.
• The venue reserves the right to charge a corkage fee if applicable.
