• The accommodation is valid for 2 persons and complimentary for a child under 12 years old inclusive of breakfast. An extra person is subject to a surcharge at a regular price. Higher Room Categories are available with an additional surcharge
• The guestrooms are for accommodation purposes only. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking for non-accommodation purposes, including parties and events.
• For cash credit certificate, the certificate is applicable for consumption at Market Café and Spectrum Lounge & Bar restaurants. Except for banquet events, room service, takeaways, delivery orders, and retail products.
• Food & beverage, Cash voucher certificate can be redeemed from one day after the voucher purchase date until 20 December 2020, and must be presented upon redemption and must be redeemed at Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit only.
• This certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed at other Hyatt’s sister properties, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services,
cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, nor discounts and cannot be extended beyond the validity period. No credits will be issued for unused portions.
• Advance reservation is required, subject to hotel’s availability.
• Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced.
