Terms and Conditions

• SPA offer with special price is applicable to selective treatments, only redeemable at Sati Spa.
• Spa is applicable to selective treatments only, not applicable for any promotional.
• 1 day in advance is required for making SPA reservation, any walk-in will not be accepted. Spa email is [email protected]. 
• Vouchers are pre-paid at the time of booking, non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable into cash.
• Vouchers are valid until 30 September 2021 and valid for a single transaction only.
• Vouchers rates are net, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
• Vouchers are not combinable with any promotional rates. 
• Vouchers are not eligible for IHG Rewards Club Points.
• MUST present voucher upon check-in. 
• One-time usage credit is limited for one voucher per redemption, and nontransferable to the next reservation.
• Any outstanding amount exceed to voucher value the customers has to settle upon check out / redeem the voucher by cash or credit card. Any left value balance cannot be transferred as deposit for the next reservation.

เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด

• บัตรกำนัลสปาในราคาพิเศษ สามารถใช้ได้กับทรีทเมนท์เฉพาะรายการเท่านั้น แลกได้เฉพาะที่ Sati Spa เท่านั้น
• บัตรกำนัลสปาใช้ได้กับทรีทเมนท์เฉพาะรายการเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นใด ๆ
• ต้องจองล่วงหน้า 1 วัน ไม่รับวอล์กอินใด ๆ อีเมลของสปาคือ [email protected]
• บัตรกำนัลสปาเป็นแบบชำระเงินล่วงหน้า ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้และไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
• บัตรกำนัลสปาใช้ได้ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2564 และใช้ได้สำหรับการทำรายการเดียวเท่านั้น
• ราคาบัตรกำนัลสปาเป็นราคาสุทธิรวมค่าบริการ 10% และภาษีรัฐบาล 7%
• บัตรกำนัลสปาไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นใด ๆ บัตรกำนัลสปาไม่มีสิทธิ์รับคะแนน IHG Rewards Club
• ต้องแสดงบัตรกำนัลสปาเมื่อเข้าใช้บริการ
