• Advance reservation is required and Valid from Monday – Friday.
• Reservation will be kept for a maximum of 15 minutes after reserved time. After this time the reservation will be cancelled and the reservation will be allocated to guests on our waiting list.
• Spa Vouchers are pre-paid at time of booking and are non- refundable.
• Any spend exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid upon check out either in cash, by credit card or other available payment method.
